This Synology DiskStation DS923+ is delivered with four Seagate Exos X22 22TB SATA White Label hard drives with model number ST22000NM001E, which offer high-capacity storage, are highly reliable with an MTBF rating of 2.5 million hours, and delivers high performance. Ideal for use in a computer, server, or NAS.
Explanation White Label Hard Drives
A White Label hard drive is a disk that has been returned to Seagate, for example by a hyperscaler (e.g., HP Enterprise), and typically has zero operating hours and is 100% error-free. White Label drives can contain scratches or small dents. Seagate White Label hard drives undergo thorough checks at the Seagate factory, come without Seagate branding, and are sealed.
