We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in doing so, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. Should we, for any reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders within the Netherlands and a minimum of €15.50 for orders outside the Netherlands, but within Europe.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery service of PostNL or DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
